When you visit our website your device automatically transmits the following data to our hosting provider, where it is stored in server logs:

• truncated IP address • date and time of access • browser type and operating system • page accessed and referrer

Processing serves operation and security of the service (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data is deleted after no more than 30 days.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA, with delivery from the Frankfurt data centre (region fra1). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable, secure delivery).

If you book a taxi or submit a request via the form, we process the data you provide — typically name, phone number, pickup and drop-off address, optional scheduled time and message — to perform the brokerage (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Data is stored in an EU-hosted Supabase database (Supabase Inc., USA — EU hosting, Frankfurt) and forwarded to the selected taxi partner operator to the extent required to fulfil the ride.

To verify your phone number by SMS code we use Twilio Inc., 375 Beale Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. We transmit your phone number and a one-time verification code.

Processing is based on your consent during the booking flow (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Twilio is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We use Mapbox Inc., 740 15th Street NW, 5th Floor, Washington, DC 20005, USA, to display interactive maps and for address lookup (Search Box API). When the map loads and when you type into an address field, your IP address and search query are transmitted to Mapbox.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a working address input).

We only use strictly necessary cookies and local storage — for example to remember your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and the chosen appearance (day / night). These do not require consent under § 25 (2) (2) TTDSG.

We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies.

• Booking requests: up to 24 months after the ride (evidence, invoicing) • Contact messages: 12 months from receipt • Server logs: 30 days • Verification codes: deleted right after the verification flow ends

Statutory retention periods (e.g. under HGB / AO) remain unaffected.
